Riley Eliza, the hands behind RE. Studio of Wellness

Riley Pennington’s career spans over 16 years in holistic spa and wellness, beginning in New Zealand before moving to Australia to refine her craft within Aesop’s renowned facial spaces. She has led global education programs, managed The Facialist in New Zealand and now brings all of this expertise to her own studio.

Riley’s foundation includes CIDESCO and CIBTAC qualifications, the international gold standard in aesthetics, alongside postgraduate studies in holistic spa therapies and advanced massage training focused on buccal and TMJ release.

Her practice draws on a global lineage of touch: the sculptural precision of Eastern European facial massage, the rhythmic flow of Japanese Kobido, Ayurvedic head massage and Danish-inspired lymphatic drainage. These techniques form her signature - a tension melting, sculpt-centric experience that re-educate facial muscles, promotes lymphatic flow and restores energetic harmony.
